Our new Customer Care Center offers support for every technical issue involved in the operation of any Synerion system. As part of the service agreement, a permanent support team is available and at the disposal of our customers. Every team is familiar with the needs of the business sector it supports, the needs of the specific customer, and the customer’s service call history.

Committed to providing a professional service

Our representatives in the Service and Customer Support Center have completed an extensive training course that enables them to provide our customers with quick and professional responses on issues related to operating the system, handling malfunctions, and distributing various technical and operational updates. Request/Call for service on other issues are forwarded for handling to the appropriate experts at Synerion. A representative of the Service and Customer Support center continues to track the status of the call until the issue is solved to your satisfaction. Your call is handled according to the type of service required and its urgency.

As obligated by our service charter, our support and customer service teams are committed to being attentive to customer requests, offering assistance and training in a professional, speedy, efficient, and courteous manner, providing appropriate solutions to meet your needs and expectations.

Our Service and Customer Support Center is available by phone at 03-5682200, Sunday through Thursday from 09:00 AM to 17:30 PM and on Fridays and holidays from 09:00 AM to 12:00 Noon.

Customer service at this site allows customers to download system updates, open service calls, and more as part of their service agreement.
