An access controller is a hardware device that ensures that only authorized personnel can gain entry to a secure area. The controller checks the information from the proximity reader and approves or blocks entry according to settings, including restrictions on certain preset days/hours/dates. The door opens only upon the identification of authorized person.
In addition, the controller documents entries, exits, breeches, and door tampering, and transmits the information in real time, sending alerts to the system operator, guard, etc.
- Advanced flash memory technology
